An exclusive development of eight new build luxury canal-side homes constructed on a former boat yard. This project consisted of five 3 bedroom homes with canal frontages and three 4 bedroom homes each with its own garaging, gardens and views of the open Oxford countryside.
All the properties were individually designed with a mix of face brickwork, stone and timber boarding bringing the vernacular architecture to life.
The contemporary open plan living rooms provide welcoming environments with potential for entertainment and modern family life. Each home was designed with high importance placed on space, proportions, natural light and most importantly what people are looking for in a home.
