Trinity Rose appoints Lucy Holmes as Employer’s Agent

Lucy joins the team as a well-respected, experienced Employer’s Agent, having worked in the property industry since 2007 with a leading regional developer. A qualified Quantity Surveyor and former HNC Construction Student of the Year, Lucy will be on the front line in this specialist project management role to support registered providers and developers on a wide range of schemes.

Her role will include carrying out pre- and post-contract work from cost planning and reviews, design and quality audit assessments to chairing progress meetings, carrying out site inspections and managing defect resolutions. Lucy also holds a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and has completed a CDM Coordinator course, which means she can also carry out the role of Principal Designer.

‘I’m delighted to have joined the team,’ she said. ‘There’s a great buzz around the Trinity Rose brand and it’s very clear there are exciting times ahead. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of it and getting on with my work as an Employer’s Agent and ensuring every stage of our projects progress seamlessly for everyone involved.
