Leading regional property consultancy Trinity Rose is pleased to announce the acquisition of Romsey-based practice Cliffe-Roberts Limited.
The alliance recognises the parallels in services of both firms, in the fields of valuation and appraisal of residential, commercial and development opportunities, rent reviews and professional advisory services for asset maximisation, disposal and acquisition.
Peter Cliffe-Roberts brings almost 40 years of experience to the team, based in Chandlers Ford, which comprises survey, valuation, project management service lines.
A well-respected local professional, Peter becomes a Consultant to Trinity Rose and will continue his working relationship with many of the region’s banks for panel valuation work, whilst also maintaining his roles as appointed independent expert, arbitrator and expert witness.
