A conversion of a landmark building in the heart of the conservation area of Hampton Hill previously used as offices. This largely open plan framed building was converted into 21 luxury studio, one and two bedroom apartments. 

Each apartment was individually designed to seamlessly blend with the elegance of the existing building which boasts external Architectural features such as a grand portico, deep sash windows, balconies, arched lead dormers and mansard roof.

Close collaboration and design development was required with the structural engineer following the initial internal soft strip and then subsequent invasive investigation of the existing structure to make the design work technically and to ensure a cost-effective, construction friendly design solution was achieved to provide stylish contemporary apartments incorporating a new stair, lift and services core within the existing structure.
