Planned Preventative Maintenance of Multiple School Sites

Our brief was to conduct external only inspections, to provide 10 year planned preventative maintenance advice on an initial tranche of 12 schools, with a further tranche of 6 schools instructed shortly thereafter.

The instruction required detailed accompanied inspections of the properties, collecting record information as to construction, condition, defects and life expectancy of the key component parts of the buildings, grounds, parking areas, boundaries and external play areas.

Our reports were presented in schedule format, including a master schedule which set out all items of expenditure forecast over a 10 year period and assigned by priority.
