Nuisance – Expert Witness

Trinity Rose was appointed as a Single Joint Expert Witness by solicitors acting in a nuisance case between two owners of residential flats, over an issue of water penetration.

Using our expert building surveying knowledge, we assessed all potential causes of the issue based upon an inspection of the properties and the evidence provided by the parties, to determine the cause and direct the court as to the correct form of remedial action to settle the case.
