Employer’s Agent for New Football Centre

We were appointed in the capacity of Employer’s Agent to assist the client in the procurement of the new football centre.

Whilst our appointment followed the tender and contractor selection process, we worked as an integral part of the project team through the contract stage in which we prepared contract documentation, fulfilled a traditional contract administration role, oversaw practical completion and handover of the building and instigated the Rectification Period.

During the course of the project the Covid-19 lockdown came into effect.  We reviewed the specifics of the contract and provided clear advice of the implications of the lockdown to the client and contractor.
