Acting within a wider design team including the client’s appointed architects, mechanical / electrical design consultants, structural and civil engineers, Trinity Rose performed a cost consultant role which included cost plans at Stage 3 and 4 of the RIBA Plan, enabling decisions to be taken in the development of the design and specification prior to tender.

Overseeing the tender process and advising the client through post-tender reviews and value analyses, we supported the client through the appointment process and into the contract phase, assisting in change management decisions and budget control.

This process enabled the client to make informed decisions at any given stage of the project, whilst we also supported the client in a traditional Contract Administrator role.
