Lee Snow, Chartered Building Surveyor has come across from leading building consultancy Hollis and strengthens Trinity Rose’s offering in all aspects of commercial building survey work, with expertise in dilapidations, acquisition surveys and condition appraisals.
Steve Woodhouse, RICS Registered Valuer is welcomed into the residential survey department from e.surv will carry out a variety of residential survey and valuation work for private clients and lenders.
Oliver Culhane, following 6 years as a building control officer at Winchester City Council, has been recruited as a graduate building surveyor and is supported by Trinity Rose in his training to achieve full RICS accreditation as a Chartered Building Surveyor.
Joining as a Senior Architectural Technician is Nico Carstens, who brings a wealth of experience in detailed design packages for a cross-section of leading regional and national housing developers.
Architectural Technician Ka Lun Ying, who trained locally at the University of Southampton and has worked exclusively in the field of residential development, where he has developed his skills through each stage of the development process.
